Most of the time when a new band releases their first album it’s rough around the edges and they tend to get better as they go on. But then there are those bands that start with a bang making a debut album that holds its value even 10 or so years down the road. Hybrid Theory is definitely one of those albums. With a sound and style that brings to mind the great “Rage Against The Machine”; Hybrid Theory is an album full of aggression, catchy hooks, a well balanced feel of hard rock and rap, and a list of hits that make Linkin Park one of the best bands to come from the early 2000’s. This is a must hear/have and if you have never heard this album and are reading this please stop what you are doing and go listen to it!
